We took a tired main level down to the studs and rebuilt it as one open kitchen and living space, designed and built by the same ACE crew.
Same crew from demo to the final coat of paint.
The main floor had good bones and a dated, closed-off layout. The plan was to open it up, so we pulled the level back to the studs and rebuilt it as a single connected space for cooking, gathering, and relaxing.
On the build side, that meant demolition, structural work to open the walls, new mechanical and electrical runs, fresh flooring across the level, and a full cabinetry and millwork install. Because ACE self-performs the structural and finish work, the same people who framed the space also hung the trim, so the details lined up.
On the design side, the room is anchored by espresso cabinetry, a full-height quartz waterfall island, and a marble-look backsplash. Custom interior millwork does the quiet work, with pull-out spice and knife storage fitted to the inch. A linear fireplace and a wall of windows give the living side its light.
This is where the build shows. Drop the before, demo, framing, and mechanical photos in here to show the craft behind the finished room.
BEFORE: original closed-off main floor
DEMO: level taken back to the studs
FRAMING: walls opened, structure reworked
MECHANICAL: new runs and rough-in

Framing, structural changes, flooring, and finish carpentry were all self-performed by the ACE crew. Keeping the build in-house is how the schedule held and the finish details landed clean.
The layout, the cabinetry, the storage, and the finishes were designed in-house and built by the same team, so the plan on paper is the room you walk into.
