This one was a full main-floor gut. We took the level down to the studs and rebuilt it as one open kitchen and living space. Espresso cabinetry, a full-height quartz waterfall island, and a marble-look backsplash carry the look, while the custom millwork does the quiet work, with pull-out spice and knife storage fitted to the inch. A linear fireplace and a wall of windows anchor the living side.
Design and construction sit at the same table, so there are no handoffs, no scope disputes, and no surprises when the bids come back.
